Ceramic Magic Mushie waterpipe by Agung.  Features a metal downstem with a brass bowl as well as a mushroom cap lid to place over the mouthpiece when not in use.  It looks like an ornamental sculpture when the lids on and hits like a mushie should with the cap off.
